These small sweet peppers are stuffed with smooth and cool cream cheese that perfectly complements the sweetness of the peppers. The peppers are marinated with a little sugar, vinegar and sea salt to bring out their full flavour while a little sea salt in the cream cheese bring the cheese to life. The peppers are kept in sunflower oil for freshness and extra flavour.
